Our founder Mar was merely thirteen when he dreamt of a community of like-minded individuals who enjoyed his interests and were mature enough to understand this simple truth: dark art and dark reality are wholly different.At the time, despite wanting this, he didn't know the words for it or how to explain it. Furthermore, even all the way in the mid-2000s, this seemed impossible, but it seems even more so now with America's—and the world's—poor social climate.Whether you are here to read, to create, or to hang out among the shadows of the Candelhaus, we only ask that you remain on your best behavior—the abyss has been giving us funny looks lately.Oh, and bring reading glasses.
